Hello, I'm Jayine Nguyễn!
I'm a Multimedia Designer passionate about bringing ideas to life through my specialties in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D modeling. I also have a versatile skill set in brand identity, illustration, web design, UX/UI design, photography, video editing, and social media marketing.
I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, moved to Houston, TX in middle school, and later studied at Integrated Design and Media with a minor in Korean at New York University. Growing up across different cultures has positively shaped my worldview and design practice. It has inspired me to explore global pop culture with a unique perspective and create designs that are meaningful and inclusive for a diverse audience.
When I'm not designing, you can find me hanging out with friends to explore yummy food and snack places, purchase cute blind boxes and plushies for my collection, and visit local community events; or staying at home to try out new recipes, curl up in my bed with asian dramas & comics, and play video games.
Fun fact: I recently adopted two male kitties from the same litter in June of 2025 and now my life revolves around them. The black kitty is named Shoyu, meaning "soy sauce" in Japanese. The white kitty with black spots is named Gomu, and his name is more complicated — it is a combination of Goma ("sesame" in Japanese because I love both white and black sesame) + Moomoo (because he looks like a cow). Together, it accidentally becomes Gomu ("rubber" in Japanese, which is also the name of Luffy's power from my favorite manga One Piece).
