NYU Welcome (previously known as NYU Welcome Week) is a long-standing tradition at New York University designed to support the transition of new first-year and transfer students through a variety of programs, events, annd initiatives at the beginning of every fall and spring semesters.
The theme for NYU Welcome 2023 is "Journey" with the tagline of "Your Journey Awaits." The goal of the theme was to let the students know whether they're coming from near or far, by train or car, by themselves or with friends, the Welcome Program has the ability to connect students from around the world in a relatable and easily understable capacity. Even with a diversity of past adventures, everyone’s path has landed them here; this rest-stop on the map connects everyone at NYU within the never ending journey of life.
